De Rinaldi LAB was born from a passion for Neapolitan craftsmanship, with the aim of bringing the excellence of our 4.0 laboratory to professionals in the Ho.Re.Ca sector. We offer pre-cooked bases for pizzas and bread products, ready to use and always fresh as if just made. Each product is made with high quality raw materials, maintaining the authenticity and care typical of tradition.

OUR PRODUCTS

To ensure the highest performance of our products, conservation methods are a fundamental aspect: we have developed a technology that extends the shelf life up to 90 days without any quality degradation.

VERA NAPOLI

Neapolitan pizza is one of the most authentic and appreciated culinary traditions in the world. In 2017, UNESCO recognized it as an intangible heritage of humanity. Although today there are different variations of pizza, our family remains faithful to the centuries-old tradition.

Our Vera Napoli is the heart of the Neapolitan tradition and of our laboratory: one of the most demanding, but also the most satisfying, challenges to allow all operators in the sector to bring the true flavor of Neapolitan pizza to the table.

MISSION

With de Rinaldi LAB we wanted to develop a new concept of craftsmanship, which could guarantee the genuineness of the products and their quality, without needing the labor or equipment that would otherwise be necessary. The result is pre-cooked bases that guarantee a shelf-life well above the norm, without any qualitative dispersion, and that will help enrich the menu of any catering business.

Our pre-cooked bases are very easy to regenerate: all you need is an oven and a lot of imagination to fill them as you prefer!
